As detailed in the PTO by-laws, elections for the PTO Executive Board for the 2011-2012 school year will be held on Tuesday, May 10, the last PTO General Assembly Meeting of the year.
All positions are open for nominees: President, Treasurer, Secretary, VP of Events, VP of Stewardship, VP of Fundraising, VP of Development, and Teacher Liaison (teachers only for this position). If you are interested, contact a member of the PTO to discuss the possibility of joining the board.
Serving on the Parent Teacher Organization board is an honor and truly gives you a sense of involvement and accomplishment as you participate firsthand in events that shape our children’s education and school memories.
Please pray on it, and if you feel that your time and talent can be used to continue to make St. Ignatius a wonderful, successful school, consider running for a position.
Come for dinner beginning at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, sponsored by the Pre-K4 classes. Childcare will be provided during the meeting and elections, which will begin at 7 p.m.
Bring the aluminum can tabs and canceled stamps (including origin and ZIP code) that you’ve been saving for Sr. Kenneth.
