Theresa Hodapp, a graduate of St. Ignatius and junior at St. Michael's, has been diagnosed with bone cancer. Theresa is the second of eight children of Steve and Kathy Hodapp, and many of her siblings are currently students at St. Ignatius. She is a bright and beautiful person, a gifted athlete, and along with the entire Hodapp family, a valuable member of our St. I community.
Please pray (and invite others to do so as well) for her complete recovery, in particular:
That the cancer is restricted to the two existing spots above and below the knee and progresses no further (an additional spot was surgically removed).
Ask our Heavenly Father to work through the chemotherapy so that it is 100% effective in eliminating the cancer. Also seek God’s blessings on her physicians so that they make sound decisions.
That the power of the Holy Spirit descends upon Theresa and her family, giving them strength.
Ask for the intercession of our new Holy Cross saint, St. Andre Bessette, “the healer.”
"Again, (amen,) I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything for which they are to pray, it shall be granted to them by my heavenly Father. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."
