We had an excellent turnout for the Burundi Bazaar this past Saturday. Mr. Shakespeare would like to extend his gratitude for the help and support offered by our amazing community! Parents and students alike came together to put together an amazing event that raised close to $1300 for the people of Burundi. Together we priced hundreds of items for the rummage sale; created an amazing display of books and games; baked hundreds of cookies, brownies and cupcakes; put up a stage; hosted karaoke, Just Dance, and Minute to Win It games; painted dozens of faces; and then cleaned it all up at the end. It was yet another example of how the St. Ignatius community pulls together to help make our world a better place for all, and has a good time doing it!
